She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry DeQuincey Smith and Louise Adele Smith; her husband Jerome John Cascione; her siblings, Harry, Guy and Calla; her son-in-law John Betz; and her granddaughter Joanne.
She is survived by: her children, Jack (Virginia), Anne Betz, Carl (Silvia), Donna Bancroft (Dan) and Philip (Sheryl); her grandchildren, Faye, Jerome, Julia, Andrew, John, Carolyn, Steven, David, Dalton, Andrea, Stephanie and Miranda; and her great grandchildren, Alaina, Mark, Michael, Saara, Jonas, Nora, Sabrina, Sean, Katherine, Selah, Everly, Natalie, Alexandra, Dalton, Cateno, Evyenia, Jason and Cecilia.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Epiphany Lutheran Church.
