She is survived by: her mother Shirley Moore (Ridge); her sons, Daiton Lea (Kennedy Conner) and Devon Lea; her grandson Chace Lea; and her siblings, Shawn Moore (Misty) and Casey Hoschouer (Jon). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Christ United Methodist Church, Westfield IN, or the American Cancer Society.
