She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Myers and Delores Myers (Prosen); her son-in-law Casey Sprouse; and her parents-in-law, Eugene and Dolores Klyczek.
She is survived by: her husband David Klyczek; her children, Kate Sprouse and Alex Klyczek (Lauren); and her grandchildren, Brynn, McKenna Sprouse and Ava Klyczek.
