He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Kinney and Gracie Jane Kinney; and his niece Jennifer Lynn Kinney. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynn Kinney; his children, Jessica Harrison (Ken) and Jay Kinney (Marie); his stepdaughter Merrit Sacks (Bryan); his grandchildren, Parker, Lizzie, Miles, Caroline of Sarah, J. J. and Sadie; his siblings, Jim Kinney (Amber), Jennie Petscher (William) and Jerry Kinney (Victoria); and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
