It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Howard Hoover of Westfield, Indiana, born in Canton, Ohio, who passed away on October 6, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Hoover and Helen Hoover (Piecynski); his wife Donna C. Sondgerath; and his brother Daniel. He is survived by: his children, Erica E. Aker (Joseph) of Indianapolis, IN, Peter C. Hoover of Noblesville, IN and Thaddeus J.; his granddaughter Makena L. Hoover of Noblesville, IN.; his siblings, John M. Hoover (Patricia) of Buckhead, GA, Patrick J. Hoover (Trudy) of Louisville, OH and Catherine Hoover of Massillon, OH; and his sisters-in-law, Diane Hoover of Lancaster, OH, Sandra Fallat (Dale) of Zionsville, IN, Cheryl Sims (Thomas) of Cicero, IN and Marlene Sondgerath of Kentland, IN. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
