She was predeceased by: her father Neal L. Horrall; and her siblings, Gary Lee Horrall, Derek Earle, Mary Helen Kelley and Karen Sue Brehm.
She is survived by: her husband Carl W. Pfrang; her mother Lois Earle Bowen; her children, Joe Davidson (Amy), Kelly Carman (Josh), Kristie Watts (Sam), Sarah Lahrman (Scott) and Marci Chrismon (Scott); her siblings, Mark Horrall (Rhonda), Kent Horrall, Lannie Corbin (Richard), Karen Klein (John) and Terry Mills; and her sister-in-law Cheryl Earle. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested in her name to the American Cancer Society.
