She was predeceased by: her parents, Hovie Jackson and Olean Jackson (Emberton). She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Smith and Betsy Smith Riley; her grandchildren, Evan Smith, Sarah Smith, Lauren Smith Osberghaus, Tayler Riley Carnahan and Adam Carnahan; her siblings, Doris Jackson Morris, Lena Jackson Richey and Michael Jackson; and her close friend Jane Brigham. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
