She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Piatkowski and Harriet C. Piatkowski (Dzwilewski); her husband James R. Ham Jr.; and her sisters, Carol Rice and Mary Ann Galvas (Jim).
She is survived by: her children, Julie Bowering (David) of Cicero, IN and Jim Ham (Jill) of Ashburn, VA; her niece Lora; her nephew Richard Williams of South Bend; her grandchildren, Haylie Dickson, William Ham, Nathan Ham and Payton Bowering; and her great-nieces, Jade Williams and Paige Williams.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimers Association or American Stroke Association.
