He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Mitchell and Bonita V. Skinner (Gentry); and his daughter Rachel Lynn Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Marcie Mitchell (Mishler); his children, Kristen Gater (Jeff), April Mitchell, Julie Way (Cole) and Chad Mitchell; his grandchildren, Makenzie Gater, Megan Gater and Emma Gater; and his brother David Skinner.
