She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hogue and Lena M. Shaffer Hogue; her husband Donald D. Patrick; her son William H; and her sons-in-law, Thomas Long and Mark Worman.
She is survived by: her children, Delmar Patrick (Cris), Jane Patrick, John Patrick (Judy), Mike Patrick, Donna Patrick-Worman (Rance Phillips) and Scott Patrick. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to either the Providence Food Pantry or the Sisters of Providence, in her memory.
