He was predeceased by: his mother Madonna Bedino. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hansel Kelley; his children, Charity Fischer (Kelly), Michael Kelley (Jackie) and Gina Pugh (Bob); his grandchildren, Jesse Murphy, Ciara Griffin, Kendall Murphy, Garrett Pugh, Aubrey Pugh, Brody Pugh and Eli Lash; his sister Carrie Slaughter (Mark); his brother-in-law Bill Hansel (Colleen); and his son-in-law Chuck Murphy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many loved friends.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Christ United Methodist Church, 221 South 6th St., West Terre Haute, IN, in his memory.
