She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Lydick, Sr. and Laverne Smith Lydick; and her brothers, Jerry Lydick, Fred Lydick, Jr. and Johnny Lydick.
She is survived by: her pet Licorice; her husband Roscoe "Rick" Surber; her children, Christina Brown (Brad) and Nicholas "Nick" Surber (Amy); and her grandchildren, Swade Brown (Jordyn Cook), Ryan Brown (Evelyn Adams), Olivia Surber, Nicholas Surber, Jr. and Zachary Surber.
In lieu of flowers donations in honor of Patty can be made to the Terre Haute Humane Society or Ollie's Canine Campus.
