She was predeceased by: her parents, Winifred Herrington and James W. Johns; her husbands, Morris Ellingsworth, Richard Burns and William Mueller; and her siblings, Nora, Ruth, Louise, James, Winnifred and Katherine.
She is survived by: her daughters, Darla Denise Fox (Paul) of Loves Park, IL and Lisa Ann Bell (Lee) of Fishers, IN.; her grandchildren, Katherine, Sarah, Lauren and Morgan; and her great grandchild Theo.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice of the Wabash Valley, or any similar nonprofit organization dedicated to the care of patients and their families during the final stages of life.
