He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Phillips and Erma Collins; and his siblings, Ronnie Cooper and Betty Crist. He is survived by: his eternal love Sherri Phillips; his children, Joshua James Phillips (Bryon) and Amanda Deevers (Dan); his granddaughter Abby; and his brothers, Roger Cooper and Robbie Cooper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
