He is survived by: his wife Debra Riley; his children, Amanda Powers, Vanessa Barlow (Donnie) of Terre Haute, Melissa Tingley of Terre Haute and Graham James; his grandchildren, Sarah Garner, Allen Smith, Kimberly Barlow and William Tingley; and his siblings, Dan Garner, Joe Garner, Julie Shaffner, Martha Kelly and Bob Garner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
