She was predeceased by: her father John; her husband Donald W. Lowe; her grandson Hayden Stout; and her siblings, James Bedwell (Vivian), John Bedwell, Jr. (Rosie), Raymond Bedwell (Claudine), Violet Moody (Earl), Sarah Waggoner (Emery), Eunice Wright (Frank), Catherine Goodman (Ben) and Bernice Bedwell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dr. Melissa Lowe, Donna Marrs (Bill) and Dixie Stout (Gary); and her grandchildren, Billy Marrs (Suzanne), Brandon Marrs (Olivia), Bryan Marrs (Mandi), Blake Marrs, Brittany Hayes (Dave), Breanna Crocker (Jarred), Gary Wayne Stout, Christal Williams (Ryan), Jessica Weir, Christina Stout, Jeremiah Stout and David Stout. She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
