She was predeceased by: her parents, Fairy Cort Parson and Pearl Parson; her husband Donald E Blair (Donnie); and her siblings, Dick Rollings, Leon Rollings, Rosella Moss, Wilma Giles, Deloris Taylor and Joan House.
She is survived by: her children, Terry (Tim Weer), Penny (Greg Aff) and Don Blair (Michelle); her grandchildren, Drew Aff (Angela), Dylan Aff, Kaleb Blair (Jorden), Alec Blair (Kaitlin) and Alyssa (Vahn Billberry); her great grandchildren, Elijah Blair, Olivia Blair and Vance Billberry; and her sister Shirley Pickett.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Fitzpatrick Funeral Home (220 North 3rd Street, West Terre Haute, IN 47885). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
Even in the late Alzheimer's stages, Carolyn's warm personality gained her caregiver's love, and they will forever be considered family.
