He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Herbert Dean Phipps, Sr., Betty Rose Phipps, Junior Padgett and Mary Padgett; and his stepgrandfather Woody Torpy.
He is survived by: his parents, Edward S. Padgett and Connie S. Phipps Padgett; his children, Ashley Padgett and Tate Padgett; his granddaughter Addalynn Schell; and his siblings, Chasity Prouse (Aaron) and Elvis Padgett (Dawn). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as several aunts and uncles.
