She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Upman and Ella Deaver Upman; her husband James W. Stepp; her daughter Cynthia Sue Myers; her son-in-law Tom McCarthy; and her sisters, Katie Reel and Verna Foradori.
She is survived by: her children, Kim McCarthy and Kevin Stepp (Wilma); her brother Tom Upman (Thelma); her son-in-law Tye Myers; her grandchildren, Amanda (Chris), Jessica (Matt), Amy, Kyle (Carrie), J. L. (Meganne), Marcus, Catherine and Erin; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Jack, Chloe, Audrey, Beau, Jillian, Joci and Mallory. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
