He is survived by: his parents, Frank Rodie and Eleanor Rodie; his wife Victoria Donna-Rodie; his sister Sarah Andreasen (Nathan); his niece Corbyn of Georgia; his mother-in-law Dora Garraton of Clinton; his siblings-in-law, Nina and Gordon Clemmons; his niece Aurelia; his nephew Harrison of North Carolina; and his brother-in-law Joshua Donna of Clinton.
The family suggests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in his honor to an organization that he felt strongly about such as the Terre Haute Humane Society, ACLU, The Trevor Project, The Innocence Project, and the Government Accountability Project.
