It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Minnie Fipps of West Middleton, Indiana, born in Combs, Kentucky, who passed away on April 13, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband Ernest; and her brother Glen Spencer. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Fipps of Kokomo, Karen Fipps of Kokomo and Ernie (Melissa Fipps) of Marion; her grandson Joseph (Lindsay Fipps) of Bloomington; her sons, Kiersten, Clayton and Benjamin McKinsey of Lafayette; her siblings, Joe Spencer of Kentucky, Chris Richman of South Carolina, Wilma Smith of Kentucky and Kathy; her brother-in-law Doug Noel of Kentucky; and her siblings, Georgia Mae, James Arthur, Shirley Smith, Mildred Combs, Zola Hall and Mot Spencer.
