He is survived by: his wife Paulette Ann Hannon; his children, Richard Wayne Spivey (Colleen) of West Lafayette, IN, Jeffrey Bryan Spivey of West Lebanon, IN, Michael Shane Spivey (Tammy) of Veedersburg, IN, Darren Andrew Spivey (Kristy) of Attica, IN, Kimberly Ann Spivey of Attica, IN, Jason Travis Spivey (Leslie) of Williamsport, IN and James Stewart Spivey of Williamsport, IN; and his sister Shirley Kay Abernathy-Curry of South Carolina.
