She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Harper and Eileen Flick (Rayl); her children, Brad Cates and Lisa Cates; and her brothers, Michael, Lester and Sandy Harper.
She is survived by: her children, Ronette Lape (Jonathan) and Bryan Cates; and her grandchildren, Leslie Cates (Steven Cooper), Alyssa Nixon, Ryne Cates (Johnetta), Jody Cates (Brittany), Amanda Cates, Blayne Lape and Taylor Lape. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Riley Children's Hospital.
