She is survived by: her husband Neal Henk of West Lebanon, IN; her daughters, McKenzie Blair (Joshua) of Potomac, IL and Mariah Henk of West Lebanon, IN; her stepfather Sam Reed of Covington, IN; her stepsiblings, Lee Reed (Suzie), Teresa Reed-Barnette (Doug) and Crystal Reed; and her grandchildren, Galileo Blair and Aine Blair.
