He was predeceased by: his son William Cary Satterfield; and his nephew John Cary Goodrick. He is survived by: his spouse Sally Meyer; his grandson Marc; his daughter Marcy Johnson (Kevin); his grandsons, Marcus and Matthew Johnson; his siblings-in-law, John Goodrick of West Lebanon and Kathy Clark of Covington; and his nephews, Joe Goodrick (Marian) of Terre Haute and Dennis Hall of Las Vegas.
