He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Cushman and Eva Cushman (Baker); and his brothers, Gene Cushman and Dale Cushman. He is survived by: his wife Ella May McBrian; his sister Nelda Byers of Rossville, IN; and his sister-in-law Carol Cushman of Hillsboro, IN. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
