He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Beighley and Fern Beighley (Muellar); his grandson Steven Wayne Beighley; and his siblings, Teddy, Jack Beighley, Erma and Marie.
He is survived by: his wife Shelby J. Straw; his children, Alvin J. (Lisa), Jeffrey Beighley (Lori) of Denham Springs, LA, Gregory Beighley (Michelle) of Omaha, NE, Lisa A. Beighley and Sharon Chambers; his siblings, Bill Beighley (Kathy) of Blairsville, PA, Patsy Zaffuto (John) of Edmon, PA and Barbara Rummel; his grandchildren, Michael, Christian, Alicia, Caleb, Ryan, Kayla, Amber, Josiah, Hannah, Eldena, Jory, Jennie and Maddie; and his great grandchildren, Skylar, Dade, Angelina, Liam, Parker, Quentin, Elizabeth and Elijah.
