Banks Sr. (West Lafayette, Indiana), born in Fowler, Indiana, who passed away on July 2, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth S. Banks and Louise M. Banks (Fassnacht); his wife Nancy R. Walkup; his daughter Deborah Banks; and his brother Kenneth Banks Jr..

He is survived by: his former wife Millicent "Millie" Werker; and his children, Mary Scott (Don) of Lafayette, William C. Banks Jr. (Debra) of West Lafayette, Georgia Hahn of West Lafayette, Patricia Nebe (John) of Crawfordsville, Shannon Irvine, Elaine Bailey (Ron) of Avon, Elisha Walker (Brian) and John Banks. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
