It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Blake of West Lafayette, Indiana, born in Dowagiac, Michigan, who passed away on July 11, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Krizinski and Frances Krizinski (Konopinski); and her husband Donald Blake. She is survived by: her son Roger Blake (Deborah); her grandchildren, Alexis Sowder (Matt) and Ryan Blake (Emily); her great grandchildren, Mitchell, Molly, Charlie and Maryn; and her sister Joan Blahuta (late Ronald).
