He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Madary Sr. and Pamela J. Madary (Gregory) of Lafayette; and his sister Autumn Dawn Madary. He is survived by: his children, Tessa Madary of Lafayette and Austin Wright of Lafayette; and his brother Mathew Madary (Kathryn) of Lafayette.
