He is survived by: his wife Karen Eisert; his son Adam J.; his grandchildren, Taylor Blankenship, Tye Blankenship, Isabella Risner, Helena Goss, Aaliyah Mossholder and Jayden Vandeventer; and his brother-in-law Hillard Bunch.
