She is survived by: her husband Jim Goad; her children, Tammy Younts (Jim) and Richard Thompson (Kathy); and her stepsons, Jeff Goad (Ramona), David Goad (Jayne), Brad Goad (Kelli) and Eric Goad. She is also survived by grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
