He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph James and Edith Ruffner (Watt); and his siblings, Robert Loveless, Ralph James Ruffner Jr. and Rachel Elizabeth Ruffner.
He is survived by: his wife Diana L. Mitchell; his daughters, Shelley and Kelley; his sisters, Dorothy Buckley (Taz Taflinger) and Cheryl Ruffner of Georgetown, IL; and his sister-in-law Sandy Loveless. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Maus Funeral Home to help offset funeral costs.
