He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Nancy Mathyer (Mark) of Evanston, IL and Lee Nichols (Cynthia) of Plain City, UT; and his grandchildren, Kelsey, Natalie Nichols, Mary Elizabeth and Emily Mathyer.
