He is survived by: his children, Paul Theaker (Jean) of Mansfield, Nancy Fletcher (William) of West Lafayette, Indiana, Kathy Welch (Keith) of Lexington, Brian Theaker (Laura) of Placerville, California and Terrance Theaker (Brittany) of Danville, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Chris Eckert, Melanie Davis (Michael), Holly Holmes (Tim), Aaron Welch (Erin), David Theaker, Nolan Theaker (Emily), Jeffrey, Monique, Rosa, Jude Theaker and Jada Kay Maples; his great grandchildren, Abigail Kaufman, Chloe, Jarod Davis, Logan Eckert, Natalie, Jillian Holmes, Josephine, Anthony Welch and Theodore Felix; and his great great grandchildren, Annabelle Burchett and Kaden Kaufman.
