It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Fisher of West Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on January 25, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Richard departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Richard. Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sonny Burkett and Rosie Fisher; his wife Melissa; and his siblings, Terry Fisher and Sandra Shaw.
He is survived by: his daughters, Charmaine Fisher and Dashanna Johnson; and his sisters, Cheryl Fisher and Deneen Fisher. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
