He is survived by: his daughters, Colleen I. Banes of Lafayette, Deborah L. Newkirk (Philip) of Ft. Myers and Pamela J. Reifke (Keith) of Monticello; and his daughter-in-law Catherine Byers. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Dick's name may be given to Montmorenci Cemetery.
