We are sad to announce that on March 13, 2023, at the age of 85, Philo C. Wasburn (West Lafayette, Indiana), born in Youngstown, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rejane "Fritzi" Philo and Lemuel Wasburn; his wife Mara Hurwitz of Pittsburgh, PA; his children, Aaron Wasburn of West Lafayette and Leah Wasburn-Moses; his grandchildren, Adam, Fox and Rachel of Oxford, Ohio; his daughter Hope Herbaut Wasburn; his granddaughter Estelle of Gagny, France.; and his close friend Mary Lou Johnson of Lafayette.
Instead of flowers or cards, the family requests donations to the Lafayette Crisis Center (Wabash Valley Mental Health America) or The Trevor Project.
