Kerkhove (Paula) of West Lafayette, Kenneth Joe Kerkhove (Marsha) of West Lafayette and Judith Hubertz (Jack) of West Lafayette; and his nieces and nephews, Steve Kerkhove, Trudi Souligne, Jade Hubertz, Lisa Kerkhove Koers, Jill Blume and Dena Baker.
