She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Barkdull and Martelle Barkdull (Kimes). She is survived by: her sister Phyllis Meyercord (Wade) of Saratoga, California; her grandchildren, Corey Champion (Itsy) of Rogers and Hilary Baker (Jeff) of West Lafayette; her great grandchildren, Eliot Champion, Lydia Baker, Will Baker, Joel Baker, Leo Baker, Caleb Champion and Emery Champion; and her nephews, Ross Meyercord (Keara) and Chris Meyercord (Jeanette).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hippensteel Funeral Home (822 N 9th St, Lafayette, IN 47904). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
