He was predeceased by: his parents, George D. Purcell and Anna L. Purcell (Bollock); his sister Connie; his brother-in-law Joe Widmer; and his niece Lindsay McKinney.
He is survived by: his wife Fay Purcell (Mills); his daughter Sara Winkler; his grandsons, Chase and Mason; and his siblings, Janet McKinney (Robb), Patty Kirts (Chuck) and George Purcell (Yvonne).
Due to the current pandemic & restrictions, a private Family Funeral Mass, will be, Wednesday, July 22, 2020, at 11 AM, at St. Charles Catholic Church, Otterbein, with Father Thomas Haan officiating.
