Crate (Rochester); his pets, Porsche and Zeke; his daughter Mikaela Crate (Trevor Kelley); his significant other Rose Marie Lowery; his stepbrother Alex Louis (Louisiana); his close friend Dave Smith; and his cousins, Jody Ayres and Dan Dougherty. He is also survived by his daughter about her pets.
