It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Melanie Ann Swanson of West Lafayette, Indiana, born in Warren, Indiana, who passed away on November 14, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John McCord and Donna Kay Swanson (Worley); and her brother John McCord Swanson Jr. (Mac). She is survived by: her son Zachary Swanson (Kimi) of West Lafayette, IN; her sisters, Melynda Leak (Jim) of Williamsport, IN and Melyssa Leak (Mike) of Ambia, IN; her sister-in-law Shelby Cox (Bill) of Lafayette, IN; and her grandson Levi Swanson.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Illiana Antique Power Association or Paws N Claws.
