She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Harold K. Hartzell of Topeka, IN, James Hartzell (Yorktown), Dave Barber (West Layette), Sharla Hensley (Daleville), Mindy Brown of Humbolot, IL, Jennifer Speedy (Chesterfield), Missy Richardson (Muncie) and Jane Buck (Muncie).

Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society at 5635 West 96th Street, #100, Indianapolis, Indiana 46278.
