We bid farewell to Marilyn Sue Green of West Lafayette, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 10, 2024 at the age of 81. Marilyn Sue touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Knarr and Daisy Geraldine Knarr (Phillips); her husband Vincent Wilbur Green; her son Bradley V. Green; her brothers, Gerald Knarr and James Knarr; and her sister-in-law Jean Knarr.
She is survived by: her children, Christa Sorola (Gilbert) of Lafayette and Nicholas Green (Karen Millerchip) of Houston, TX; her grandchildren, Noelle, Megan and Timothy Sorola; her brothers, Ronald Knarr of Danville, IN and Vinton Knarr (Carol) of Tulsa, OK; and her sister-in-law Mary Knarr of Valparaiso.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Andrew United Methodist Church (4703 N 50 W, West Lafayette, IN 47906). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Indiana Donor Network Angel Fund in Marilyn's memory.
