It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lee Grota of West Lafayette, Indiana, born in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 29, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Hubert and Carrol Grota (Bartmann). He is survived by: his wife Mary A. Peterson; his children, Catherine Sahlin (Kenneth) of Westerville, Steven Grota (Danielle) of Manchester, Mike Grota of Sturgeon Bay and Carl Grota (Jennifer) of Sturgeon Bay; his grandchildren, Trent, Kevin, Tyler Sahlin, Margaret, Collin and Benjamin Grota; his great grandchild Everett Sahlin; and his siblings, Phyllis Gorectke of Boulder Junction, Richard Grota (Janet) of Sturgeon Bay and Tom Grota (Nancy) of Superior.

Those attending the visitation and/or funeral are to wear face masks and maintain social distancing.

Memorials may be directed in Lee's memory to the Friends of Potawatomi Park or The Salvation Army.
