He was predeceased by: his father Donald Harling; and his brother John Leslie Harling. He is survived by: his wife Charlene; his daughters, Pamela Murchison and Kristina McKiernan; his stepdaughter Sarah Esterson; his brothers, Gordon William Harling and David Lorne Harling; and his grandchildren, Julianne Murchison, Maeve, Fia McKiernan, Emmett, Lyza and Tessa Esterson.
