He is survived by: his wife Melanie Clark of West Lafayette; his children, Emma Rae Baker of Nappanee, IN and Dominik Borkholder (Ashley) of Nappanee, IN; his brother John E. Radzikowski (Janice) of College Place, WA; his stepbrothers, David York and Ronnie York (Donna) of Buchanan, MI.; and his grandson Malkolm Jae Borkholder.
