He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude V. Rowe and Lucille Memering Rowe; and his brothers, Donald and Ronald Rowe. He is survived by: his close friend Barbara Olson; his brother David Rowe (Marie) of West Lafayette; his nephew Jonathan Rowe (Ashley) of Battle Ground; and his nieces, Lindsey Bush (Nate) of West Lafayette, Stacey M. Pickett of Lafayette and Janessa Martin (Travis) of Linden.
