Joan Rule Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Rule of West Lafayette, Indiana, born in Delphi, Indiana, who passed away on December 27, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Sieber and Floss Sieber (Stewart); her husband Wayne E. Rule; her daughter Janice M. Kelsey; her granddaughter Allison Rule; and her siblings, Mary Catherine Sieber, Margaret Bowker, Helen Akers, John Sieber, Charlene Porter, Delores Thomson, Joyce Goslee and Bill Sieber.
She is survived by: her son Michael W. Rule (Cheryl) of West Lafayette; her grandchildren, Brian Kelsey, Nicole Buskill, Scott Kelsey, Jason and David Rule; her great grandchildren, Peyton, Emma, Adien Kelsey, Owen and Lillian Buskill; and her son-in-law Damon Kelsey.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made Alzheimer's Association or Cumberland Pointe Health Campus in Joan's memory.
